How long does delivery take within Accra?
Same-day delivery within Accra takes 2β4 hours with our express Speedlink service. Standard delivery is within 24 hours. For extremely urgent deliveries, we offer a 1-hour priority option for an additional fee. Call 0201683534 to arrange.
Do you deliver to all regions in Ghana?
Yes! We deliver to all 16 regions of Ghana including Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, Cape Coast, Koforidua, Ho, Sunyani, and Wa. Delivery times vary by region from 1β3 business days. Contact us for region-specific pricing.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic pricing starts at GHS 25 for small packages (up to 1kg) within Accra. Medium packages (1β5kg) from GHS 45, and large (5β15kg) from GHS 80. For full pricing, visit our Services page or call us for a custom quote.
Do you offer doorstep pickup?
Yes! We offer doorstep pickup from anywhere in Accra, Tema, and Kumasi. Simply book online or call us, and our rider will arrive within 30β60 minutes. A small pickup fee may apply depending on your location.
What items are prohibited from shipping?
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable substances, illegal goods, live animals, and perishable food without proper packaging. For a complete list, contact our team at 0201683534 before booking.
π Tracking Your Shipment
How do I track my package?
Visit our Track page and enter your tracking number (format: ARX-XXXXXX). You receive this number via SMS and email once your package is collected. Tracking updates every time your package is scanned at a checkpoint.
I lost my tracking number. What do I do?
No problem! Call us at 0201683534 or WhatsApp us with your full name, phone number, and approximate booking date. We can retrieve your shipment details from our system quickly.
My tracking hasn't updated in 24 hours. Is there a problem?
Sometimes tracking updates are delayed in transit, especially for interstate shipments. If there's been no update for over 24 hours, call 0201683534 immediately and we will investigate and give you a live status update.
π° Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfers, and cash at our office. Corporate clients can set up monthly invoicing. We do not currently accept credit/debit cards at pickup.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer COD for registered e-commerce businesses. We collect from your customers and transfer to your MoMo or bank within 3β5 business days. A 7% service fee applies. Contact us to set up your COD account.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes, all shipments come with a receipt. Corporate clients can receive formal VAT invoices. Email aramexghana022@gmail.com with your tracking number to request an invoice for any shipment.

Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes, we provide full customs clearance for both imports and exports. Our licensed team handles all documentation, duty calculations, and GRA compliance to avoid delays and penalties.
How long does international shipping take?
International express (air) takes 3β7 business days to most destinations. Economy air freight takes 7β14 days. Sea freight is the most affordable but takes 20β45 days depending on the destination port.
